According to South Korean customs regulations effective from October 1, 2023, all international parcels shipped to South Korea must include a valid Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC). Failure to comply may result in customs delays, clearance refusal, or additional customs fees.

Please carefully review the following requirements:

1. The Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) consists of 12 characters starting with “P”. Please ensure it is entered accurately.
2. The recipient’s name and address must be provided in Korean.
3. The misuse or unauthorized use of another person’s PCCC is strictly prohibited
   (e.g., placing an order under one name while using another person’s PCCC).
   Violations may result in a fine of at least KRW 125,000, imposed by Korean customs authorities.
4. PO Box and military addresses are not supported for delivery.
5. Foreign residents living in South Korea are also required to provide a valid PCCC.

Important:

Any fines, penalties, or additional costs incurred due to incorrect information or customer-related issues during customs clearance shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Orders affected by customer-related customs issues (including delays, clearance failure, or return shipments) are not eligible for refunds.
